Juli 2022<\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"da\">Der Klimawandel l\u00e4sst die Zahl der Starkregenf\u00e4lle in Deutschland steigen. Das erh\u00f6ht die Gefahr von \u00dcberschwemmungen. Im deutsch-d\u00e4nischen Interreg-Projekt NEPTUN entwickeln Wissenschaftler*innen zusammen mit Unternehmen ein System, das fr\u00fchzeitig vor Starkregen und einer \u00dcberlastung der Kanalisation warnt \u2013 und automatisch lokale Schutzma\u00dfnahmen einleiten kann.<\/span><\/p><h3 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta translation-block\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\">Dichtes Netzwerk zur Prognose von Starkregen kann sch\u00fctzen<\/h3><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Wie verheerend die Folgen von Starkregen sein k\u00f6nnen, hat im vergangenen Sommer die Flutwasserkatastrophe im Ahrtal in Rheinland-Pfalz gezeigt. Auch Norddeutschland und D\u00e4nemark sind trotz unterschiedlicher Gel\u00e4ndetopologie von Starkregen und daraus resultierenden \u00dcberschwemmungen bedroht. Aktuelle Analysen zeigen, dass schon jetzt das Wetterph\u00e4nomen vermehrt auftritt, insbesondere in den Sommermonaten. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Wie sich die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels und der dadurch zunehmenden Extremwetterlagen besser vorhersagen und L\u00f6sungen entwickeln lassen, das untersuchen Wissenschaftler*innen zusammen mit Unternehmen im Rahmen des von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union gef\u00f6rderten deutsch-d\u00e4nischen Interreg-Projekts NEPTUN. <\/span><\/p><blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">\"Auch in Regionen, die im Gegensatz zum Ahrtal weniger gef\u00e4hrdet sind, wie Schleswig-Holstein, \u00fcberfordert Starkregen oft die Kanalisationen und kann zu \u00dcberschwemmungen f\u00fchren. Wir m\u00f6chten daf\u00fcr praktikable L\u00f6sungen entwickeln, die f\u00fcr jeden Ort anwendbar sind.\u201c sagt Dr. Agnes Sachse, Geowissenschaftlerin im NEPTUN-Projekt und am Kompetenzzentrum Geo-Energie (KGE) der Christian-Albrechts-Universit\u00e4t zu Kiel (CAU).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Lokale und regionale Vorhersagemodelle etwa, die zusammen mit landesweiten Messsystemen ein dichtes Netzwerk zur Prognose von Starkregenf\u00e4llen bilden, seien ein wichtiger Ansatz zum Schutz der Bev\u00f6lkerung, so Sachse und ihr Kollege Dr. Dirk Sch\u00e4fer.<\/span><\/p><h3 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\"><a style=\"color: #008080\">System warnt vor \u00dcberschwemmungen und leitet Schutzma\u00dfnahmen ein<\/a><\/span><\/h3><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Die Wissenschaftler Dr. Alexander Schaum und Henry Baumann vom Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Automatisierungs- und Regelungstechnik der Technischen Fakult\u00e4t der CAU arbeiten im Rahmen von NEPTUN und zusammen mit der Aalborg Universitet (AAU) sowie deutschen und d\u00e4nischen Ingenieurb\u00fcros an einem solchen lokalen Fr\u00fchwarnsystem f\u00fcr Starkregen in Flensburg. Immer wieder kommt es hier zu \u00dcberschwemmungen, weil die Kanalisation mit der Aufnahme der Wassermengen bei Starkregen \u00fcberlastet ist.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Das Fr\u00fchwarnsystem berechnet mithilfe von Radardaten die zu erwartenden Niederschlagsmengen, gleicht sie mit den Pegelst\u00e4nden der Kanalisation ab und sch\u00e4tzt anhand eines sogenannten hydrodynamischen Flie\u00dfmodells, wo sich in der Stadt \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig Wasser ansammeln k\u00f6nnte \u2013 und wo die Kanalisation zu \u00fcberlasten droht.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">\"Wird es an das Prozessleitsystem der Kanalisation angeschlossen, kann es automatisch dessen Zu- und Abl\u00e4ufe ansteuern\" <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">, erl\u00e4utert Baumann.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Das System sendet daraufhin ein Warnsignal aus. Doch das Programm warnt nicht nur, es k\u00f6nnte in Zukunft auch Schutzma\u00dfnahmen einleiten. <\/span><\/p><blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\"> \u201eDas Regenwasser k\u00f6nnte so zur\u00fcckgehalten oder zum Beispiel auf \u00dcberflutungsfl\u00e4chen umgeleitet werden, um \u00dcberschwemmungen im Innenstadtbereich zu vermeiden.\u201c<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\">Aktuell arbeitet das Team an einem Prototyp, um das Fr\u00fchwarnsystem und die automatische Steuerung der Regenkanalisation auch f\u00fcr andere St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden nutzbar zu machen.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\"> \u201eUnser neuartiges System simuliert die Flie\u00dfwege des Wassers innerhalb einer Ortschaft laufend alle f\u00fcnf Minuten\u201c, so Baumann.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\"> Dadurch seien die Vorhersagen der Wasseransammlungen noch verl\u00e4sslicher.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"da\"> \u201eWir setzen daf\u00fcr eine Open Source Software ein.
