Dog estimeres det, at fosforreserven er opbrugt indenfor 50-100 \u00e5r. Samtidig er fosfor et stof som ikke udvindes i EU, hvilket g\u00f8r forsyningssikkerheden mere usikker i fremtiden.<\/p><p>Danske AquaGreen har udviklet en m\u00e5de at g\u00f8re fosfor i spildevandsslam fra renseanl\u00e6g mere tilg\u00e6ngelig for brug i landbruget. Ved at t\u00f8rre og br\u00e6nde spildevandsslam ved en pyrolyseproces (600 grader), produceres der b\u00e5de overskudsvarme og\u00a0 biokul (biochar) med indhold af fosfor og carbon.<\/p><p>I pyrolyse processen\u00a0 fjernes samtidigt mij\u00f8fremmede stoffer herunder de mest kritiske tungmetaller. Biokul er derfor et mere attraktivt, renere og b\u00e6redygtig produkt til brug for g\u00f8dskning og jordforbedring af landbrugsjord end traditionel spildevandsslam.<\/p><p>Metoden er effektiv og b\u00e6redygtig, men de tyske myndigheder har ikke godkendt brugen af biokul fra renseanl\u00e6g til brug p\u00e5 landbrugsjord. De br\u00e6nder det i stedet for af eller deponerer det p\u00e5 lossepladsen, selvom det ville give mere mening, at udnytte det h\u00f8je fosforindhold ligesom lande som Sverige og Schweiz g\u00f8r.<\/p><h3><a style=\"color: #276499\">L\u00f8sninger:<\/a><\/h3><p>Aquagreen unders\u00f8ger med hj\u00e6lp fra tre universiteter, Aalborg Universitet, Kiel Universitet og Leibniz Universitet Hannover, plantetilg\u00e6ngeligheden af fosfor og den kemiske karakterisering af biokul fra forskellige spildevandsanl\u00e6g.<\/p><p>M\u00e5let er at kunne skabe bedre dokumentation for at kunne skabe et marked for cirkul\u00e6r ressourceoptimering af fosfor og kulstof fra biokul.
